VoIP Setup Guides
After you have set up your plan and an extension
in the manage services section of My Account, you can proceed to setup your
VoIP Device.

for basic instructions on port forwarding. Before you forward any ports:
Try using your VoIP device/softphone. If incoming and outgoing calls work
fine already, then chances are that you dont need to forward any ports! If
you experience any problems with one way audio, or no audio, first check to
ensure the codec on your VoIP device is set to G711 (ulaw/alaw) and then try
forwarding ports.
