It's December 1, 2020. The Christmas decorations are going up, and as we prepare for a super-busy first half of December, we've got a few things to let you know.

  • Extended Support Hours and Christmas Trading Hours
  • Number Porting and Network Embargo
  • Free Christmas Hold Music for MaxoTel customers and our Whitelabel partner end-users.

EXTENDED SUPPORT HOURS

Your Maxo team are happy to announce we're trialling extended support hours, covering 9AM - 5PM in all Australian timezones.

CHRISTMAS TRADING HOURS

Sometimes even our team needs a short break. So that our team can catch up with loved ones over the Christmas period, our support, sales and accounts teams will be available on a reduced schedule.

Our systems team, while not available by phone, will continue to monitor the platform throughout this period.

NUMBER PORTING IMPACTS

As most carriers scale back their teams over the Christmas period, the timeframe for number port processing may be a little longer than usual. Our team will continue to process new number ports and track ports in progress, however the time taken from submission to port completion will be slower. We expect timeframes to return to normal around mid January.

NETWORK EMBARGO

Between 5PM, 18th December 2020 and 9AM, 11th January 2021 we will not be performing any non-essential network or infrastructure changes.

FREE CHRISTMAS HOLD MUSIC

To help your staff and clients get into the festive mood, we've made available a free Christmas hold music playlist to both our MaxoTel Hosted PBX customers and our Whitelabel Partner clients.

Enabling this hold music is easy - to do so, login to https://my.maxo.com.au/ and select Hold Music then Change Primary Playlist and select Royalty-Free Xmas
