If you have purchased Yealink phones through our website we can now Automatically Configure them to your Hosted PBX account.
MaxoTel has created spreadsheet that can be used, to fill out the information of the phones you've purchased, and how you want them configured.
For instructions on locating your handset's MAC addresses, please see Locating a Handset MAC Address
Once completed, simply send the file to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your MaxoTel Username.
The MaxoTel Support team will then add the the MAC Addresses into the Provisioning Server. This can all be done before you even open your phones!
Currently only available for Retail MaxoTel customers only.
Phones purchased from elsewhere may be manually added to the MaxoTel Yealink Provisioning Service,
however it is not recommended as there is no guarantee on initial success, or continued support for this.
The phones may have already been added to another retailers provisioning service, or may be moved to the original retailers provisioning service by Yealink, without notice.
