About the Role
This is not a team leader position. This position involves general CSR duties (account and level 1 enquiries) and providing remote support to customers. The role is semi-technical with a focus on IP Handset deployment and PBX configuration. You should have Windows and Mac experience and understand the basics of computer networking.
You should have experience configuring broadband routers and IP devices.
Your responsibilities will include
Training ProvidedYou will be provided with training around our products, VoIP telephony and other relevant topics. While not required, some basic computer networking and/or VoIP experience is preferred. Our head office is in Toowoomba
MaxoTel is a Toowomba-based company. Applicants within the Toowoomba and Darling Downs region will be required to work from our Harristown office.
