MaxoTel and Tall Emu announce new CRM integration

MaxoTel and Tall Emu have partnered to deliver a new CRM and cloud telephony integration, bringing every customer call directly into Tall Emu CRM.


This partnership connects MaxoTel's cloud phone system with Tall Emu's Australian-built CRM, giving growing businesses a more connected way to manage calls, customer records, and follow-up in one workflow.


Now customers can link Tall Emu CRM with their MaxoTel service to log inbound, outbound, and missed calls in real time. Contacts sync automatically, and AI generates transcripts, summaries, sentiment insights, and suggested next steps after each conversation.


There is no additional cost to activate the integration. Once connected, sales, service, and operations manage calls and follow-up in one place, without manual data entry or double handling.
