Take advantage of Data Pooling to share data between MaxoSIMs on the same account!

MaxoSIM services support both conditional and unconditional call forwards, managed from the phone in which the SIM is inserted.MaxoTel mobile services support both conditional and unconditional call forwards, managed from the phone in which the SIM is inserted.

In most cases your phone will automatically set up your data connection. Only manually enter these settings if your device does not support automatic configuration or is not working correctly.

Most "wearable" devices (Apple Watch, Galaxy watch etc) are currently not compatible. These devices will become compatible at a later date.

Data pooling allows you to share the combined data allocation of several SIM pool plans with each other.

Data banking allows you to carry any unused data forward for use in subsequent months, up to a maximum of 500GB.

International roaming is available for SIM services through travel packs which you can opt-in to by SMS while traveling. To provide additional flexibility, three different packs are offered.

You can activate a SIM card either by getting a new number or bringing your existing mobile number.

The Telstra Wholesale 3G network will close on October 28, 2024. MaxoTel uses the Telstra Wholesale network for our mobile SIM services.

Should your needs change, for example you require additional data, you can easily change your plan.To change your plan, login to the My Account Portal and select Activate SIM Cards. Locate the service you wish to change and from the Actrions dropdown, select Change Plan.Please contact us on 1800 12 12 10 or by emailing via the Contact Us page to discuss your plan options.

SIM Options allows you to configure call forwards, excess spend limits, voicemail and international roaming.

You can cancel your SIM service directly through the My Account Portal.

Data Bolt-Ons can be used to increase the data quota available to your SIM service, as an alternative to upgrading your plan.
