How Do I Nominate an Authorised Representative

This information describes nominating people that can contact MaxoTel directly in regards to your account.

A nominated authorised representative can contact MaxoTel to discuss your services with us, depending on their role.

Adding an Authorised Contact

To nominate an authorised representative, login to https://my.maxo.com.au/ then select your username at the top right and choose My Contact Details


Choose + Add Contact to provide a new representative, providing their name and contact details, then selecting their role from the following:

Authorised Representative: Has the same level of access as the account holder, except for closing an account or adding additional rental hardware.

Tech: Can discuss call flow configuration, get support for devices connected to your account.

Accounts: Can discuss your billing relationship with MaxoTel including charges, payments and history. Please that if accounts contact(s) are added, invoices will ONLY be sent to the accounts contact(s).


Removing an Authorised Contact

To remove an authorised representative, login to https://my.maxo.com.au/ then select your username at the top right and choose My Contact Details


Locate the contact you wish to remove, then click the trash icon to the right of their details.
