The freedom plan covers all of your calls to local, national, mobile and 1300 calls in Australia. International calls and calls to premium numbers are not included in the plan and operate on a pre-paid basis.

When you sign up with us you can configure an automatic top-up amount. By default, $20 is selected.


You can change your automatic top-up settings in the Portal at https://my.maxo.com.au/

You can even choose to disable automatic top-up's here, but keep in mind that if there's no pre-paid credit on the account you won't be able to make international or premium calls.


If you ever cancel your account with us, any balance on your account is refunded.
